this reminds me of the Northern Kentucky airport, where I had a layover once. There's an area with a long row of rocking chairs, with plants in between every 3rd or 4th chair, and highly convenient AC outlets hidden in the floor for laptop users :-) If I find the picture I will email it to you as proof!
